What is a vector file and why is it important for my logo design project?

Answer:
A vector file is an image or design that can be made a large as you could ever possibly need, without losing quality, and usually comes as an .AI, .EPS, or .SVG file. This is very important for any larger design projects, to avoid your logo becoming pixelated.

Question:
How do you charge for website work?

Answer:
We offer two options for website fees:
1) we provide a flat rate estimate after a very detailed website questionnaire submission; or 2) we work hourly.

Question:
Why are some of your projects flat rate and some hourly rate?

Answer:
We charge flat rates on some of the very first designs you will make decisions on when starting your business, such as logo design and business cards. We do this so that you can prepare the perfect design with unlimited revisions for your first few projects.

Question:
What are your BOSS MOM DISCOUNTS?

Answer:
We offer several discounts for business moms, including $30.00 all of all logo design projects, and $5.00/hour off all hourly rate projects.

How do I choose my website host?

Answer:
The most fitting website host for you will be determined by what you are looking for in your website. For example, if you are looking for website speed, a website host with locations in Canada (or your current country) may be the best choice. If you are looking for a website that is solely for commerce and sales, then Shopify may be best for you.

Is social media important?

Answer:
